Terms of cancellation and booking modification
In the period from April 21 to September 19 – Flexible, with date: no deposit or prepayment is required at the time of booking, but the hotel reserves the right to ask for a payment 15 days before arrival. Until the payment request date, the customer has the right to cancel free of charge

The tourist tax is not included in the total price and must be paid in cash at the time of check-in.
The fee is € 1.80 per person per night and applies for a maximum of 7 nights for guests over 14 years of age.
Value added tax is included and is 10%.
Receipts and Invoices
Our reservation system does not require the invoice (or receipt or receipt) to be sent to a consumer (not a VAT number), according to art. 22 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of 26/10/1972 n. 633 and the article 2, letter oo) of the DPR December 21st 1996, n. 696 (as confirmed by Resolution No. 274 / E of November 5, 2009).
Generally, a consumer does not need an invoice. In order to guarantee the reservation, you can, in fact, keep the receipt of your booking, sent by e-mail after confirmation.
If you still wish to request an invoice, contact the hotel no later than 72 hours after confirmation, specifying the details to which the invoice must be entered.
