Children and extra beds

  • Children up to 3 years of age stay free. It is possible to request a baby cot for free.
  • Children from 2 to 4 years old can stay in extra beds with a 50% discount.
  • Children from 4 to 12 years old can stay in extra beds with a 30% discount.

Included in the treatment

  • B & B: overnight stay with breakfast.
  • Half Board: overnight stay with breakfast and a meal (lunch or dinner)
  • Full board: overnight stay with breakfast and two meals (lunch and dinner)
  • All Inclusive: overnight stay with breakfast, two meals, beach service and water, wine and soft drinks at the table included.

Anything not expressly indicated as included in the treatment is to be considered excluded.

Cancellation terms

It is not possible to cancel the reservation and obtain a refund of the deposit.

However, the deposit can be reused within the current season.

Deposit payment

It is necessary to pay a deposit at the time of booking for an amount of 100 €.
The data for the payment of the deposit are as follows:

Once the deposit has been paid, it is necessary to send a communication to the hotel with the payment details to the email address of the hotel.

The remaining sum will be paid in the hotel.

Advance payment by bank transfer or Paypal:

If the full amount has been paid at the time of booking, please send proof of payment by bank transfer or Paypal via email.
In case of cancellation, for a refund or for a possible modification of the reservation, contact the hotel directly.

In caso di cancellazione, per rimborso o per un’eventuale modifica della prenotazione, contattare direttamente l’hotel.

Booking changes:

For changes to the dates of stay or the type of rooms or treatment, you must contact the hotel directly, with a minimum notice of 15 days, subject to availability by the management.


Value added tax is included and is 10%.

Tourist tax

The tourist tax is not included in the total price and must be paid in cash at the time of check-in.
The fee is € 1.80 per person per night and applies for a maximum of 7 nights for guests over 14 years of age.

Receipts and Invoices

Our reservation system does not require the invoice (or receipt or receipt) to be sent to a consumer (not a VAT number), according to art. 22 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of 26/10/1972 n. 633 and the article 2, letter oo) of the DPR December 21st 1996, n. 696 (as confirmed by Resolution No. 274 / E of November 5, 2009).
Generally, a consumer does not need an invoice. In order to guarantee the reservation, you can, in fact, keep the receipt of your booking, sent by e-mail after confirmation.
If you still wish to request an invoice, contact the hotel no later than 72 hours after confirmation, specifying the details to which the invoice must be entered.
